We want EyeNap to make your workday feel better. Try it free for 7 days first. If you buy a license and it isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

Email help.retrytech@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Please include the email address you used at checkout or your order number. No reason is required.

How refunds are paid

• Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.
• We usually approve requests within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
• Refunds are in the currency you paid. Any tax charged is refunded too.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is issued, the license key is disabled and EyeNap returns to the free version on every Mac where the key was active. Your wellness data stays on your Mac and is not affected.

After 14 days

Licenses are one-time purchases, so refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If something isn't working, write to us anyway. We'd love to help, and we'll be fair.

Upgrades

If you move to a bigger plan (for example from Personal to Plus), the 14-day window applies to the new purchase.
